OneDrive / Microsoft 365 admin consent for Shifter

Shifter syncs shifts and progress notes with an Excel file in your organisation's OneDrive. To do that, we need one-time admin consent in your Microsoft 365 (Azure AD) tenant. This is a standard step for business apps that access your organisation's files.

What you need

  • An admin account in your organisation's Microsoft 365 (Global admin, or an admin who can consent to applications).
  • Your Azure AD Tenant ID (find it in Azure Portal → Azure Active Directory → Overview, or we can provide it when we onboard your organisation).

Get your consent link

Enter your Azure AD Tenant ID below. Optionally add the Microsoft 365 admin's email so the consent link includes a sign-in hint for Azure. We'll generate a link an admin must open once to grant Shifter access.

If provided, Microsoft's sign-in page will pre-fill or suggest this admin account.

What to do

  1. Use the consent link above (or the link we sent you).
  2. Open the link in a browser and sign in with your admin account when prompted.
  3. On the permissions screen, review the requested access and click Accept (or Grant consent).
  4. When you see a success or confirmation page, you can close the tab. Shifter will then be able to access the OneDrive location we configured for your organisation.
