Setup checklist
Follow these steps in order. Start with the product you want first: use Shifter for mobile scheduling, or Nexus Core for the web CRM. If you need both, the Nexus Core trial can include Shifter too.

Start your Shifter trial
Use the Shifter form on the right. After sign-up you’ll get a welcome page with app download links and next steps.
- Step 2
Download Shifter and set your password
Check your email: install Shifter from the App Store or Google Play, then use the link in the email to set your password.
- Step 3
Organisation and workspace access
Your IT or org admin may need to complete one-time access setup so Shifter can sync with your organisation’s files. Organisation & access setup.
- Step 4
Invite your team
Add staff and coordinators when you’re ready so everyone can use Shifter and Nexus Core with the right permissions.
- Step 5
Nexus Core (web)
Request a CRM web trial in the Nexus Core box: we create your organisation and email your admin an invite. If you also need shift scheduling, your Nexus Core trial includes Shifter access as well.

Nexus Core
CRM web trial
Enter your organisation and admin email. We provision your workspace and send your admin an invitation. After you set your password, you can use Invite staff on first login. If you require shift scheduling, this trial includes Shifter access as well.
